How to Volunteer

Volunteer tutors attend a volunteer orientation, tutor training workshop, and are supplied with the needed materials to successfully work with adult learners in a one-to-one or small group setting. Tutors meet with an adult learner 1-2 times a week for 60-90 minute sessions at an agreed upon time and place, usually at a County Library. We ask volunteers for a six-month commitment.
